All Sirraymondtailor.com orders include a return label in the box. Please follow the return instructions on the label.

If you placed a Blank Canvas order please Contact Us so we can send you a return label and provide you with the instructions.

If you need to get a new return label because the label attached to your order is damaged or lost please Contact Us in order to assist you.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, Sirraymondtailor.com does not exchange product bought on Sirraymondtailor.com. We are happy to accept your return through our returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refund timeframes are calculated from the time the parcel has been sent back to us until the refund is credited back to your bank account or credit card. Your bank may require up to five additional working days to process your refund. The maximum refund time is up to two weeks and in many cases much quicker.

We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in perfect condition and with all of the barcode tags intact within 14 days of purchase.

We offer our ups account using couriers UPS for all orders. Each country has another return cost value. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.
Once our warehouse have received and inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed within 7 working days, via the original payment method. However please note that if you purchased an item during our sale period it may take longer to process your refund and therefore please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is posted, for your refund to be fully processed.
Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.
